Exchange and Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return of a product, without having to indicate the reason.
To request a return, the customer must contact DRESSCOUT by writing to hello@dresscout.com, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.
2. Conditions to accept a return
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, without stains, without odors, without damage and with its labels, original packaging and accessories, if included.
DRESSCOUT may reject the return if the product is not in the indicated conditions or if it shows signs of use other than those necessary to verify its nature, characteristics or size.
3. Products not accepted for hygiene reasons
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns of underwear products, bodysuits, swimsuits, bikinis, stockings, socks, earrings, hair accessories, cosmetic or personal care products, or other hygienic items are not accepted when they have been unsealed, tried on, used or do not keep their seal, label or hygienic protection intact.
This limitation will not affect the customer's legal rights in the event of a defective, incorrect or damaged product.
4. Return cost
Returns are free for orders delivered to mainland Spain.
For orders delivered outside mainland Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of European countries, the cost of return shipping will not be free. This cost will depend on the country of origin, weight, volume and characteristics of the package, and will be calculated at the time of requesting the return.
5. Ways to make the return
The customer may make the return in one of the following ways:
- Collection managed by DRESSCOUT: the client can request our collection service with our courier. In cases where the return is not free, a shipping label will be provided upon payment of the corresponding cost.
- Shipping by own means: the customer may send the product on their own. To do this, once the return is approved, DRESSCOUT will provide the shipping address and the delivery note or return document that must be included in the package.
Returns sent without prior authorization or without the delivery note/return document provided by DRESSCOUT will not be accepted.
6. Changes in size, color or product
Changes will be subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, the customer must contact DRESSCOUT at hello@dresscout.com, indicating the order number, the product they wish to exchange and the new size, color or item requested.
If the product requested for the exchange is not available, the return of the product can be processed in accordance with this policy and, where appropriate, a new order can be placed.
7. Refund
Once the returned product has been received and its condition checked, DRESSCOUT will proceed to process the corresponding refund.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.
DRESSCOUT may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer has presented valid proof of shipment, whichever condition is met first.
Amounts corresponding to additional services, return costs or non-free expenses will not be refundable, unless the return is due to an error by DRESSCOUT or a defective product.
8. Defective, incorrect or damaged product
If the customer receives a defective, incorrect or damaged product, they must contact DRESSCOUT as soon as possible at hello@dresscout.com, indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.
In these cases, DRESSCOUT will review the incident and, if appropriate, offer a solution in accordance with the applicable regulations, which may consist of replacement, exchange, repair, return or refund.
When the return is due to an error by DRESSCOUT or a confirmed defective product, DRESSCOUT will assume the corresponding return costs.
9. Wrong address or package not picked up
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
If the order is returned to DRESSCOUT due to incorrect address, repeated absence, rejection of the package or non-collection within the period indicated by the carrier, DRESSCOUT may deduct the logistics costs generated from the refund, unless the incident is attributable to DRESSCOUT.
