Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond DRESSCOUT's control, such as logistical incidents, holidays, carrier delays or exceptional circumstances in the destination country.

It is not possible to reduce delivery times or contract an urgent or express shipping service.

Transport company

Shipping is made through the Post Office.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number by email to check the status of the shipment.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for correctly indicating the delivery address during the purchase process.

DRESSCOUT is not responsible for delays or incidents resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery data provided by the client.
